Buffalo Wild Wings

Rating this a 3.5, rounding it to a 4. Came with friends to celebrate the end of the semester and what's better than stuffing yourself?! If you've never been here, the atmosphere here is similar to TGI Fridays and Applebee's with TV's plastered everywhere and a big bar in the back.

The menu has a variety of appetizers, burgers, and sandwiches but the wings are the big thing here! You can customize your wings regarding being bone-in (giggity) or boneless and choose from a variety of sauces and dry rubs you want your wings to be flavored with. Prices are a bit high but reasonable considering the many ways you can customize your wings. We started off with a basket of potato wedges and we each got our own order of wings. For my order of wings, I got the 12 boneless wings covered in the Mango Habanero sauce, which is the third hottest sauce they offer and definitely not for those with sensitive tongues ($10.49).

The food was good! I find the quality of it to be a notch above chain restaurants like the ones I mentioned earlier. Things that can use improvement is service, wait time, and maybe prices. Other than that, not bad. I think I just found my new wing stop! Pun intended!

Parking: Plenty available

Ambience: Very spacious with plenty of seating, TVs and sport decorations available everywhere, often busy and packed

Service: Friendly, but semi-slow. However, our waiter did check up on us a few times to ask how everything was!

Taste: The flavor profile of the wings are great--perfectly matches the name / description. However, the dry wings are indeed quite dry. The wings w/ sauce also seem fairly dry in and of themselves, but they're absolutely drenched in sauce, which makes for an interesting combo. Parmesan fries were lukewarm and came in one giant glob :/ The mushroom swiss burger also had good flavor, but was rather greasy. Celery and carrots pair nicely to balance out the more heavy foods. Everything Pretzel Knots were a bit too salty, but good overall. Love the blue cheese and ranch dips available! In summary, flavors were great, textures need work. Still a good place to come to enjoy sports games w/ friends!

We came to BBW with a group of 10, and let me tell you, it was a good experience. We came to watch a soccer game. The wings were on point - crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The sampler platter was a hit too, offering a little something for everyone.

Faith, our server, was amazing. With a big group like ours, you'd think things could get chaotic, but Faith handled it like a pro. Always smiling, always on point - she made sure we had everything we needed and more.

They forget my veggies and I received unsauced DRY no flavor wings and I waited 30 minutes and paid $24 for this.

This spot has gone downhill especially on their customer service, food quality is pretty average nothing special . Whomever worked the bar area (Kam) the guy with the beard & glasses you look like the most unenthusiastic person to work there . I'm sorry , I came into this location versus Wing stop . Now I can see why the reviews are crap ..

Extremely disappointed with our recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. Despite arriving on time for our reservation, we waited 45 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we endured another hour and a half without any food, despite repeated inquiries to the staff. The manager promised to check on our order but never returned. To make matters worse, our drinks were never refilled throughout the lengthy wait. After waiting for two hours without any sign of our food or attention from the staff, we made the decision to leave. Shockingly, we observed nine other tables experiencing the same issue. Such a level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Will not be returning.

I came here today to grab my free boneless wings for lunch. I placed an order and they said about 20 minutes, but it took 30. Service seemed pretty slow considering the dining room and takeout area was empty. The food was fine, but I felt like the worker could have at least offered me something for waiting so lunch: extra veggies, extra sauce, something, I didn't expect more wings. This is why I opted not to dine in, because it's always slow and the service is always terrible when I dine in.

Very bad service the food takes forever to get ready and they don't know how to do their job very bad customer service it took me one hour to get 8pc of wings and they are very cold will not come back here

Service at this location is god awful , not many tables were full and waited roughly 50 minutes give it take, and the food I ordered was a Buffalo sauce 10 piece for the endless wing deal for $20 and they had nearly no sauce (partially my fault for not asking for extra wet) but even then the food was room temperature so it seems it sat around a long time before we got it but the second batch was a little better and saucier , I'm planning on finding a new wing place tbh even though I enjoy their food unfortunately

Food is amazing but the service is terrible. My boyfriend went to the bar because our server didn't serve us for over 20 min. The the bartender cam told my Boyfriend that he would need all of our Ids in order to get our drinks. So we did and he wouldn't serve us still. Very annoying!!!!

Got unlimited wings, took 1 hour for the first ten and another hour for the next 6 no exaggeration, we were seated at 11:30 and barely got our second set at 1:35 right before they close, it was indeed not unlimited I am still hungry
