Burger King

We had to wait 30 minutes for 2 croissants and a five piece french toast, simply because they messed up the order in front of us. they hand us our food and we leave, only to get home and find out they messed up our order too, and the food they did give us was cold. we tried to call several times, to try and fix this, no answer. very disappointed

Worst service I have received in a long time. Waited for our food for a half hour after being told to park in their waiting area/parking lot. Had one of the employees come up and ask what we need or were waiting for. Walked in after telling the employee we have been waiting for our food for a half hour. They prepared our food manager came up and gave us our good and explained that our order was pressed through and was missed. Have an excuse that he was under staffed but failed to realize that 16 other vehicles got their good before we did. He wasn't understaffed, they had completely pushed our order to the side and he made excuses and only said sorry for the inconvenience. What a pathetic apology.

holy shit! what kind of service does this place offer! sat in the drive through for over a hour! they gave our food to the wrong people, i get shit happens! but an hour to get us the right food! a god damn hour?! we tried to call and talk to a manager but non of them will pick the phone up! we will never return to this place! if a manager reads this get in touch with me! if i could give this place a 0 i would! THIS PLACE IS AWEFUL!

Spent over $40 on dinner at Burger King ( Price Utah) tonight. Drove to where we were eating. Had no ketchup for our 4 orders of fries, even though I'd asked for some. Had no marinara for our 2 orders of large cheese sticks, even though I was told it came with when I asked. Had no ranch for the large order of jalapeño bites, even though I asked for some. Had no napkins either. Sorry to say it here and not just to them but I couldn't figure out how to email or message the store. Debbie Cardon

There were only three people in line, yet it took us 35 minutes to get our food.

The manager, yelled to the cashier staff to stop taking orders because she was getting very confused and orders for getting lost.

How can you lose orders and they're only three people in the store.

After waiting 30 minutes I finally went up and asked the manager said that she didn't appreciate my tone get offered me a refund.

I said no, I just want my food.

Stay away the managers jerk.

Horrible customer service, the girl in the drive thru window is not friendly at all, not a single smile. I've tried this Bk three times in the past month and everytime I don't get what I ordered. I ordered a chicken sandwich twice and both times I get home to find they gave me fish sandwiches. On my third visit I ordered a chicken salad but once again... There was no chicken in my salad! To top it all off, half the lettuce was rotten or soggy. I'm basically just throwing my money in the garbage when I come here so unfortunately I will not be a return customer.

this place took forever. ya gots 20 employee's and two simple burgers took 20 minutes.

followed by the jerks next door, where you get gas? telling me to move my car. we were getting gas, and paid in advance, went to get a burger, then our gas expired, so we had to renew the card to get the gas. in the meantime? some old fart who washes windows in the gas station? is bitching at me, cause some guy pulled in behind me. the other islands were open, and he coulda gotten gas at any of the islands, yet he chooses the one that I'm at. he was in NO HURRY, yet the old fart? had to try and push me.

I told the girl at the counter at the gas station? that he was rude.
all this coulda been avoided if you had one employee, and they were busy doing their job.

so many employee's and not many doing anything but gossip.

burgers were hot, and so were fries, if thats any consolation.

Food isn't bad, it's average and I haven't had them mess up my order yet. They are ridiculously slow, the average wait time is ridiculous. I waited literally 30min. with two cars in line ahead of me. Don't stop by if your in a hurry.
