It is good for your body and soul and I believe if you go every now and again - okay, better regularly - you might even live longer! It is all about healthy living. Heiligenstadt is in Thuringia in the heart of Germany. The people are very friendly in the Eichsfeld-Therme. The price is very good for example for a day for 14 Euros. You can borrow a towel if you need to. The saunas are very good and you must enjoy an Aufguß!!! This means enhancing your sauna experience with one or more natural fragrances. The sauna experience is unknown to many English speaking people. Someone is sprinkling the hot stones with aroma-infused water. The air is recirculated with a towel.

Oh no 015 janv. 2008Avis précédentEs gibt Whirlpools, Erlebnisduschen, Sprudelliegen, einen Strömungskanal und Außenbecken. Besonders im Winter ist es schön von drinnen nach draußen zu schwimmen! Man kann auch richtig Bahnen schwimmen, was nicht in allen Thermen möglich ist. Eine Wasserrutsche ist vorhanden.
Es gibt sieben verschiedene Saunen. Hinterher fühlt man sich hier wie neu geboren! Preislich ist alles sehr gut. Eine Tageskarte kostet hier in der Eichsfeldtherme zum Beispiel 14 Euro. Sehr gut finde ich auch, daß sich Gäste von außerhalb Handtücher leihen können.
