We were visiting Paris for the Christmas markets and stopped here on the way to the La Defense marche! The restaurant is well decorated as a ski chalet and they even have a Gandola table where you can sit witin the Gandola cab! Although we opted for a standard table! Their main dish appears to be the melted cheese/fondue, yet the menu had plenty of other delicious options!
We opted for a bottle of wine along with an appetizer of salmon and eggs/cream along with the beef Burgundy! The Salmon appetizer was unique, and we enjoyed it with the bread! French restaurants never fail on the delicious flavors of bread and this was no exception! The beef Burgundy paired so well with the red wine and overall a very delicious meal and experience!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 20 sept. 2023
I really enjoyed the restaurant! I stopped by here as part of a tour. I found the food to be very good - I enjoyed the "mere maury" - which was a mini tortellini in cheese sauce. I found the salmon was very tasty - and the sorbets offered very good.
I wish we had gotten to try the fondue but that shall have to be for another Paris trip!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Pat L.Brooklyn, États-Unis983314752 oct. 2023
I came in while traveling for work on a Sunday night, for a dinner alone. The service was brisk and warm, and it ended up getting reasonably crowded with mostly locals by the time I left.
The flavors were completely on point for a very good fondue place in the alps. The Parisian ham was solid, and the table wine was delicious.
It's decorated as an old ski chatel, and they manage to walk that line without feeling kitch-y, just making me want to go ski the alps again!
Highly recommend if you're in the area.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 2 août 2019
We went exploring around Neuilly end of May...been meaning to do so for ages and, en route, we discovered this rather quirky place. It is Neuilly, so pricier than Levallois and many in the 17th, at around €68 rather than say €54 average...but probably just about worth it
We had oeuf cocotte & endive salade followed by espadon and an entrecote; then 2 coffees. Washed down with a glass or white & red
Its rather a strange, though friendly place, fuller of clutter (sorry interesting objets) and a decent range on the menu...other reviews are raving about the fondue but didn't see one on other tables
Would return yes, but not as a regular...the pricier menu isn't worth the extra energy to get there specifically, but if in the vicinity, certainly. An oddityHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Doug F.San Francisco, États-Unis0623 juin 2022
Amazing fondue restaurant in Paris. We made a reservation and received a grate table outside. The owner helped explain the menu in English and ensured a great meal. Our son got the enfant plate of steak, frites, a drink and desert. He got steak medium rare. My wife ordered the beouf with Bernaise sauce and I shared a cheese fondue with my daughte. the food was excellent and we finished our meal with crème brûlée. We loved the meal and will be back. Bon appetite!

We had here dinner tonight, it was delicious!!! But... there were 2 of us and the server recommended we get the fondue AND the raclette. It seemed like too much of a similar thing. We couldn't come close to eating all that cheese. Would have much preferred a suggestion to get one of those things and something different. Very tasty, though.

Have you had fondue???????? I really wanted to try fondue once in my life!! Ok let's talk about my life with fondue:
In QUEBEC, fondue is:
- cheese fondue pot with meats, fruits, seafood
- gravy fondue to cook raw duck meat, beef, your choice
- Chinese hot pot
In France, fondue is:
- FONDUE. with cured meats and potatoes
What I want is FONDUE. Real French fondue! And at Le Chalet de Neuilly they do the cheese-in-a-pot fondue with beeeeeeeeeeautiful cheese. And it's so so so super good. Creamy and can you finish it? YES. It turns out. WE CAN. Two fondues for a table of 6.
The second fondue we ordered was the Raclette which is a giant cheese melted by two heat bars! The 22€ comes with grilled potatoes and charcuterie, and a mini butcher knife. To cut the solidified cheese after it's melted onto the plate, you need this butcher knife. To me it looked like technology from the future. I never saw this before!! That's why I gave you my history of fondue I know.
Surprisingly I LOVE the Raclette more than I thought I would. More than that cheese pot. And of course I had fondue dinner with wine! How pretentiously Française and happy I was.
Raclette!! I recommend. Yes the cheese pot I love it too. VERY FILLING!! But so good!! I would return.
If this following list is not for you, I'd rather you save your money for nice French wine and seafood. FONDUE IS:
- cheese, a ton of it
- dip this cheese with baskets of bread and potatoes
- and there's a plate of cured meats like prosciutto
- you're filling your stomach with a LOT of cheese, bread, potatoes, and just a few pieces of cured meats.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alison K.Waltham, États-Unis26034583030 juil. 2019
Came here for our first night in Paris to try the fondue and it was amazing. We got the 4 cheese fondue and a plate of charcuterie to share for 2 people and it was plenty. Very delicious and a great meal, even for a hot summer night. The service was fine, but as it got later, the restaurant of course became busier, and it seemed like maybe they only had 2 staff on the floor, so they were very busy and it was difficult to get the check.

This was our favorite restaurant in Paris-- we went twice.
The fondue is delicious and a must-- one order is enough for 3 -4 people to share. The house red wine is terrific and very reasonable at about 18 Euro per bottle. The plate of cured meats-- also very reasonably priced and more than enough to share. I was intrigued by the racket, but it was just too hot out to have a heat generating contraption at our table. The bread was excellent. The pavolva dessert was delicious and huge, and great for sharing. But, best of all was the atmosphere and friendly service. The patrons were friendly as well. This is a great place for families, couples, or old friends!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
